After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has been fulfilled by our team. If you have any questions about tracking, shoot us an email and we will get back to you.
If you used the wrong email address please contact us here. Once you place your order you have 12 hours to let us know of any corrections. If your order has already been dispatched it may be too late to change!
If you want to make a change to your order, shoot us an email with your order number and we will see if there is anything we can do. In most cases, orders are processed as they arrive, so at that point, we can’t change it.
Order processing time takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Deliveries usually take 3 to 8 business days! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to a month. It depends what you purchased and where you live! We allow returns on all orders as long as the return request is communicated within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We can only accept returns on items that are still in NEW condition (must not have any dog fur, dirt, stains, or odors present). Our full return policy and the process can be found here.

Yes! When purchasing from our site using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secured web page. Your information is encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
