Returns can be made on all unused items with original tags up to 14 days from the date your package was delivered. We cannot accept returns on used, open, or damaged items.
This means once the item is opened from its original packaging we may no longer accept the returns do to safety concerns for our pups.
We offer pre-paid return label service for a fee that will be deducted from your refund. However, if the issue is our fault we will cover the cost of the shipping label.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt. Please keep in mind that some credit cards can take up to 5 business days to reflect refund charges. An email will be sent to you once the return has been processed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include a photo for quality assurance purposes.
